Return and Exchange Policy

Being a satisfied customer of Sowder Distributing, is our ultimate goal. If you are returning an item that was defective, damaged or there was a shipping error, one or our associates will assist in a no hassle exchange. A new item will be sent with no further hassle. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, our associates will be glad to do a no hassle exchange or credit. New shipping charges will apply. All exchanges must have a copy of the original invoice sent with the merchandise returned. We do not do cash refunds on purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you are exchanging an item, indicate the item you are returning and the new item you want sent. Be as specific as possible when describing the new item. The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s). A gift you received is not exchangeable by mail. We’ll process your refund right away-within 30 days at the absolute most. It will be the same form of payment, equal the “total unit price” of the items printed on your packing slip, excluding the shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping error), gift wrap and other service charges.

Under no circumstances, shall Sowder Distributing, or any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or liability to use this website. IF you are dissatisfied with this website or any content on this site, or the with the terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this website, you acknowledge, by your use of this website, that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
